Key Responsibilities

  • •Promptly assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
  • •Obtain the correct parts and accessories in a timely manner for technicians and retail guests.
  • •Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and update documents and computer systems.
  • •Answer telephone calls promptly and make every effort to satisfy caller inquiries.
  • •Stock incoming inventory correctly and maintain a clean, orderly parts department while driving sales opportunities through merchandising displays.
