Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Salesforce testing engagement for the transformation program.
  • •Define test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • •Execute functional, system, regression, integration, and UAT to validate Service Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud changes.
  • •Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and solution architects to ensure quality deliverables.
  • •Track defects and test execution status for release readiness using Jira and Confluence, and present test metrics, quality reports, and risk assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
  • •Strong hands-on Salesforce testing experience.
  • •Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
  • •Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, workflows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, and business processes.
  • •Experience with integration testing for Salesforce with external systems and defect/release validation.
