Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Financial Advisors and Branch Associates to optimize investment consulting practices across the branch network.
  • •Act as a key resource by integrating investment consulting best practices within Wealth Centers.
  • •Help advisors analyze business models, identify gaps, and develop implementation strategies for the branch network.
  • •Identify platform gaps and support strategic planning to improve investment and cash flow solutions available to the branch network.
  • •Develop training and workshop ideas and collaborate on portfolio strategy ideas and sample plans with Investment Solutions & PWM-Research.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
  • •5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to complete the SIE and Series 7/66 licensing within the first eighteen months if not already obtained.
  • •Ability to travel 25–50% to Baird branches and/or industry meetings.
  • •Ability to learn and navigate Baird’s Private Wealth Management technology platforms (including Thomson ONE, ValueOne, and Envestnet).
