Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in engineering architecture requirement alignment, design, and implementation for content understanding scenarios.
  • •Improve R&D efficiency across content understanding scenarios via testing, deployment, monitoring, and root-cause analysis.
  • •Optimize system stability, performance, and scalability across different scenarios.
  • •Support the online and offline recommendation pipeline spanning strategy, modeling, and data infrastructure.
  • •Abstract and generalize infrastructure services, components, and productivity tools for recommendation systems at scale.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • •Solid programming and algorithm foundations; proficient in Python, Go, C++, or other languages.
  • •Strong backend development skills across storage, service orchestration, caching, and concurrency.
  • •Good product sense with strong problem-solving skills and excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
  • •Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch and experience with high-traffic service architectures or distributed computing.
