•Integrate identity data sources (e.g., HR and ITSM) and manage JML identity lifecycle processes.
•Automate access provisioning and deprovisioning using APIs, SCIM, or middleware, and configure access reviews/certification campaigns.
•Support Zero Trust implementation, investigate IAM-related incidents, ensure audit readiness, and maintain IAM documentation.

•Knowledge of IAM protocols including SAML, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, plus Zero Trust/least-privilege/JIT principles.
•Proficiency in scripting/programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, REST APIs) and experience with Git for IAM process automation.
