Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform electrical analyses, calculations, and routine tests in compliance with applicable codes and standards
  • •Assist in preparing technical specifications, design drawings, memos, and reports
  • •Identify discrepancies in results and propose solutions using sound engineering judgment
  • •Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to fulfill project scope, budget, and timeline
  • •Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate the electrical conditions and provide recommendations

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering + four (4) years of relevant professional experience
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Ontario in good standing
  • •Experience in sectors such as Water & Wastewater, Transportation, Buildings, and Sustainability (PV and EV systems)
  • •Experience in design tools: AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, SKM, or similar
  • •Solid knowledge of power systems: MV/LV distribution, lighting, controls, renewable energy systems
