Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
  • •Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within assigned educational systems.
  • •Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and assess them for incorporation into training products.
  • •Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
  • •Partner with the Data Integration Team Lead to support availability and access to systems and data relied upon by the ISI.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree related to the labor category (or a Bachelor’s related to the labor category plus 5 additional years of related senior experience as a substitute).
  • •Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or an Associate’s degree with 12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
  • •Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • •Demonstrated ability to deliver briefings and presentations, and draft/maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures.
