Job Summary

Support DoD intelligence and automation operations by developing, maintaining, and delivering mission training materials that advance intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Create lesson plans, presentations, and curricula; maintain training materiel across assigned educational systems; and review policy/doctrine updates for incorporation. Manage training records and tracking systems and partner with the Data Integration Team Lead to align training with systems and data used by the ISI.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, maintain, and deliver training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.
•Provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educational goals and maintain materiel within assigned educational systems.
•Review emerging policy and doctrine publications and assess them for incorporation into training products.
•Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.
•Partner with the Data Integration Team Lead to support availability and access to systems and data relied upon by the ISI.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree related to the labor category (or a Bachelor’s related to the labor category plus 5 additional years of related senior experience as a substitute).
•Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline, or an Associate’s degree with 12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
•Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
•Demonstrated ability to lead a team and manage subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver briefings and presentations, and draft/maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures.
