Turn complex product data into clear, actionable insights that improve user experience and inform high-impact product decisions. Own end-to-end data management for the Pro product team—from dbt models, production pipelines, dashboards, and north star metrics to experimentation infrastructure. Lead A/B testing and causal inference, translate results into product recommendations, and embed AI tooling (LLM-augmented pipelines, GenAI-assisted workflows) into analytics.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate as a full-stack data analyst for the Pro team, owning your domain and collaborating closely across the pod.
•Design and evolve dashboards, north star metrics, and analytical frameworks used by senior business leadership.
•Build and maintain scalable data infrastructure, including dbt models, production pipelines, and full-funnel reporting for cross-functional teams.
•Lead product-domain experimentation by designing and owning A/B testing frameworks and applying causal inference to deliver clear recommendations.
•Deliver data-driven storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences, and influence data-team standards and priorities on data quality and engineering.

Key Requirements

•7+ years in data analytics or analytics engineering, ideally in fintech, payments, financial markets, or crypto where data quality and scale matter.
•Hands-on experience with advanced trading products/solutions in equities, crypto, or other assets, including experience on a trading desk or as a professional trader.
•Hands-on production data pipeline ownership with strong familiarity with dbt and Airflow (or equivalent orchestration).
•Full mastery of SQL (joins, CTEs, analytical functions) and strong Python proficiency for pipeline development and analysis.
•Experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, applying causal inference and translating results into growth recommendations.
