HRIS Implementation Project Manager

Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, from planning and scoping through post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement. Gather and document HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business requirements; coordinate configuration, data migration, integrations, UAT, and production deployment. Serve as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and HRIS vendors/partners, driving change management, training, governance reporting, and executive-level updates to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
