Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end HRIS implementation projects from planning through post-go-live support.
  • •Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Manage project scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests; communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
  • •Gather and document business requirements; coordinate HRIS configuration, data migration, integrations, testing (UAT), and production deployment.
  • •Develop change management and training plans; track KPIs, budget, project health, and maintain implementation documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of project management experience.
  • •Lead at least one full-cycle HRIS implementation.
  • •Strong knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, leave management, and performance management.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance, and integrating HRIS with Payroll, Identity Management, ATS, or ERP (advantage).
