Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • •Set up, adjust, and break down production line machinery to support continuous production.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance routines as scheduled and confirm time into SAP to record daily activities.
  • •Read and write as required, complete necessary paperwork, and maintain equipment history.
  • •Maintain readiness for required physical work including lifting and working in production environments (temperature, wet/slippery areas, and noise).

Key Requirements

  • •6 months continuous work history with a prior employer.
  • •Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
  • •Knowledge of welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and other maintenance-related areas.
  • •Ability to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders, fill out daily documentation, and record daily activities/equipment history.
  • •Willingness and ability to meet physical requirements (e.g., lift/push/pull up to 70 lbs, climb stairs and ladders, work 8–12 hours on your feet, and work in cold and loud environments).
