Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets by analyzing metrics and implementing best practices.
  • •Build client relationships through proactive outreach and service standards, ensuring strong in-store and after-sales experiences and supporting VIP retention.
  • •Coach team members on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, ongoing development, role modeling, and training.
  • •Supervise opening/closing operations including cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and key-holding responsibilities.

  • •Ability to coach and lead teams, including supporting recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance feedback.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
