  • •Drive infrastructure improvements and evolve secure, scalable, repeatable data center and cloud networking capabilities.
  • •Use infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible) and improve efficiency in the existing hardware fleet and services.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug network issues, often in collaboration with multiple teams, and act as an escalation point.
  • •Provide network infrastructure for virtualized and containerized workloads and run lifecycle management for data center networks as part of an on-call rotation.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of practical data center network experience in large-scale, global 24/7 environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of at least two areas such as TCP/IP, routing & switching, load balancer technologies, and firewall technologies.
  • •Experience with compute and network hardware and architecture.
  • •Strong scripting skills (Unix shell, ideally Python) and a desire to automate.
  • •Familiarity with network services and systems that interact with the network (e.g., BGP, NAT, VPN, VXLAN, EVPN, and DNS/DHCP/NFS/SNMP).
