Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow Ports & Maritime offerings in Texas and the US Gulf Region through targeted business development activities.
  • •Identify, position, plan, and prioritize business development opportunities; maintain a strong pipeline and client/pursuit plans.
  • •Influence and execute the market business plan, including understanding geographic competition and pursuing key clients.
  • •Lead major ports and maritime pursuit proposals and support other proposals as needed.
  • •Manage and deliver ports and maritime projects as the client-facing point of contact while leading internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency), including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Ports & Maritime market experience, knowledge, and understanding.
  • •Experience planning, engineering, and construction at a senior professional level with at least 12 years in ports infrastructure markets (e.g., terminals and/or waterfront infrastructure).
  • •Project Management experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering projects to quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • •Texas professional engineering license (Preferred).
