Oversee daily operations of the Machine Maintenance department by monitoring equipment status, reviewing efficiency and downtime reports, and troubleshooting and repairing machinery. Lead and consult with group leaders on projects, handle special projects and personnel issues, and ensure compliance with ISO and SQF standards. The role also includes reviewing and monitoring Kronos and supporting ongoing technical expertise to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
