Job Summary

Support Raytheon’s Production Control team in Forest, MS by coordinating material requirements and production schedules. Execute material planning using Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Shop Floor Control systems, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and track material availability to prevent production issues. Prepare WIP reports, expedite part movement via move orders and stock transfers, and collaborate across QA, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and inventory control while maintaining compliance with site rules and audits.

Key Responsibilities

•Evaluate and coordinate material requirements to ensure controlled flow of approved materials timed to production needs.
•Plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules, assessing changes and improving processes as necessary.
•Prepare WIP reports and coordinate within the value stream to support on-time release and closure.
•Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies in the MRP system.
•Track material availability and expedite part movement via move orders, stock transfers, and shipping requests while coordinating across departments.

Key Requirements

•0+ years experience and a bachelor’s degree with a major in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering.
•Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Production Control.
•Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
•Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
