Inside Sales Associate

Build customer relationships by assisting walk-in and phone customers, helping identify what they need, and keeping the sales process smooth. Process customer orders, manage data entry for sales orders and invoices, and secure payment or credit authorization. Handle questions, complaints, and warranty dispositions, and estimate delivery dates using vendor schedules. Also support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties in a fast-paced environment.
