Job Summary

Provide day-to-day technical support with limited supervision for payroll-focused corporate functions. Resolve payroll processing issues, generate recurring reports and campaigns from payroll systems, and support automation/business technology needs. Collaborate with support teams on escalated cases and partner with other IT teams on ERP and payroll product initiatives, ensuring compliance with IT execution methodology and clear stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete payroll-focused technical support assignments and resolve payroll processing issues as needed.
•Create campaigns and recurring reports from payroll systems.
•Support and test new business technology and automation demands.
•Collaborate with other support team members on escalated issues and align with IT leadership on vision, goals, and strategy.
•Support ERP and other payroll product strategic initiatives and communicate project/support status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•2+ years of work experience (waivable with a higher degree requirement).
•Extensive functional knowledge in the payroll industry and finance IT subject matter expertise.
•Technical knowledge of timekeeping systems and finance/process areas including General Accounting, Job Cost Accounting, sub-ledgers, General Ledger, and close cycles.
•Wide experience with technical tools such as ERP and BI, plus strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
