Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete payroll-focused technical support assignments and resolve payroll processing issues as needed.
  • •Create campaigns and recurring reports from payroll systems.
  • •Support and test new business technology and automation demands.
  • •Collaborate with other support team members on escalated issues and align with IT leadership on vision, goals, and strategy.
  • •Support ERP and other payroll product strategic initiatives and communicate project/support status to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2+ years of work experience (waivable with a higher degree requirement).
  • •Extensive functional knowledge in the payroll industry and finance IT subject matter expertise.
  • •Technical knowledge of timekeeping systems and finance/process areas including General Accounting, Job Cost Accounting, sub-ledgers, General Ledger, and close cycles.
  • •Wide experience with technical tools such as ERP and BI, plus strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
