Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues quickly and determine root cause and corrective action for heavy equipment and aerial lifts.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic/daily documentation of work performed (work orders).
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed, and help with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts (including customer job sites when required).

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools, plus extensive knowledge of construction equipment and an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (move, stand, stoop, bend); this is a safety-sensitive role requiring a 10-panel drug screen.
