Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations of an adidas corporate concept store at the Pacific HQ in Cremorne. Drive sales performance against KPI targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Own store commercial success, analyze performance data, and implement improvements across productivity and profitability. •Manage, motivate, and lead the team to achieve KPI’s, sales targets, and an exceptional customer experience.
•Take full ownership of store performance and commercial success, keeping teams focused on results, objectives, and action plans.
•Analyze relevant data to challenge the status quo and identify improvement areas for commercial impact.
•Drive continuous improvements in store sales, productivity, and profitability while maximizing time selling on the floor.
•Oversee retail operations including staff training/coaching, visual merchandising and in-store communication standards, and inventory processing/stock-to-floor execution.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading a retail team in a similar store manager role, consistently achieving budgeted sales.
•Strong commercial mindset and ability to align with brand standards and store objectives.
•Experience coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance and success.
•Confident managing a fast-paced, high-exposure concept store, including leading store walkthroughs and liaising with stakeholders.
•Retail store manager experience representing men’s/women’s global brand (sports preferred) is highly regarded.
