Job Summary

Serve as a SME DevSecOps architectural lead for a U.S. Coast Guard Software Yard, establishing and automating the secure technical baseline across the solution lifecycle. Design and manage CI/CD and automated provisioning pipelines, build MBSE domain architectures and integrated digital models, and embed Zero Trust and cybersecurity controls. Formalize standards, provide architectural guidance for software traceability, and ensure compliance with federal security baselines and DISA STIGs via automated security gating.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary technical resource providing architectural context for software development, delivery, and sustainment.
•Design, deploy, and manage CI/CD and automated provisioning pipelines based on secure architecture models.
•Construct and maintain actionable MBSE domain architectures and integrated digital models to define the technical baseline.
•Integrate Zero Trust and cybersecurity requirements into foundational platform and domain architectures.
•Ensure compliance with federal security standards and DISA STIGs through automated security gating and vulnerability remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience; High School (or commensurate experience).
•DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE, CySA+, CCNA Security).
•Experience designing and maintaining secure DevSecOps pipelines and automated software delivery frameworks.
•Create and maintain MBSE domain architectures and integrated digital models/enterprise architecture blueprints.
•Integrate Zero Trust principles and cybersecurity controls; proficiency automating infrastructure, configuration management, and deployment gating.
