Lead Software Engineer, Diagnostics

Develop and evolve diagnostic applications for Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU) systems, using sensor and performance data to detect issues and improve diagnostics. Work with embedded control and software architecture changes, validating performance through automation, testing frameworks, and data analysis. Collaborate with local and remote software teams, support deployments, and mentor junior engineers while interfacing with stakeholders and dealer technicians.
