Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and optimize an hourly monitoring system for 3PL production performance to provide real-time visibility and quickly identify risks and bottlenecks across fulfillment centers.
  • •Develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks (e.g., Missing, Damage, Wrong orders), run root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
  • •Use historical data to identify network-level risks and develop readiness plans for peak seasons (e.g., BFCM) to ensure SLA achievement.
  • •Participate in SOP design for new processes and system launches, aligning with operational capabilities across fulfillment centers.
  • •Support development of the Control Tower system by designing proactive alert mechanisms across capacity, quality, and SLA dimensions; provide daily/weekly reporting and insights for regional operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong data analysis skills including SQL and Python, with experience in BI tools.
  • •Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or warehouse management (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse workflows (preferred).
  • •Ability to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year, and clearly state availability and graduation date in the resume.
