Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology (laptops/tablets) to create, assign, and monitor work orders and track machine service intervals.
  • •Diagnose issues and determine root cause and corrective actions for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain service documentation/electronic records of work performed daily.
  • •Order parts as needed and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Assist with training of lower-level technicians and travel to customer job sites for repairs when required (with service vehicle upkeep).

Key Requirements
