Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Loula as an independent contractor doula provider in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Provide pregnancy and birth doula care to clients referred through Loula’s matching program.
  • •Complete Loula’s onboarding process by submitting an interest form and completing screening.
  • •Use Loula’s credentialing and insurance support services (credentialing, insurance verification, billing, and payment).
  • •Build and manage your own practice while deciding how many clients/visits to take on.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

  • •Completed 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
