Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, control and deliver activities during the pre-construction and construction stages with a Project Director and Associate Director.
  • •Engage with Clients, Internal and External Consultants, and Specialist Suppliers to drive project success.
  • •Lead or support Project and Design Team meetings and prepare reports, minutes, and other deliverables.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with WSP teams across the UK and internationally to progress projects on time.
  • •Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure future opportunities and support business development.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrable capability and experience as a Client-Side Project Management Consultant or equivalent in a construction/infrastructure context.
  • •Proven project management background within a Consultancy environment, able to lead or support project teams and deliver on time, within scope and budget.
  • •Experience coordinating with clients, internal/external consultants and specialist suppliers; strong report writing and meeting management skills (reports, minutes, etc.).
  • •Desire to grow and develop Project Management career within a global business; track record of delivering complex multi-million-pound projects.
  • •Hold a relevant degree or higher education qualification and a commitment to professional development (e.g., MAPM or similar).
