Job Summary

Design, implement, test, debug, and deploy integrated embedded real-time software for firmware (FPGA) and hardware solutions in an Integrated Product Team (IPT). Work with cross-discipline product owners and chief engineers to define and improve software architecture, testability, and measurable quality for autonomous avionics systems. Mentor less experienced staff and contribute to design reviews and proposals, ensuring reliable operation under safety- and mission-assurance constraints.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience including at least two of: Embedded C++ software, embedded software security, and software architecture design and implementation.
•Experience using embedded real-time operating systems (e.g., Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, Linux).
•Experience developing complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software.
•Active and transferable final Secret U.S. government security clearance is required prior to start, with ability to obtain program access after start.
