Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, review, and evaluate compliant learning solutions and training materials.
  • •Collaborate with SMEs to create training products and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • •Conduct compliance reviews and map content against competency frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • •Develop and validate e-learning resources through user testing and evaluation.
  • •Provide instructional design support to SMEs and project stakeholders while maintaining quality, compliance, and schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience developing training solutions in an RTO, Defence, aviation, or another highly regulated environment.
  • •Knowledge of ADDIE, training system development, AQSA requirements, and competency-based training.
  • •Ability to engage stakeholders effectively with SMEs and project teams.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with capability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
  • •Certificate IV in Training & Assessment; qualifications in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or Training Design are highly regarded.
