Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify product compliance to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and drawings while maintaining accurate ATP records.
  • •Perform ATP using test fixtures and test equipment including oscilloscopes, function generator, device programmer, mass spectrometer, vibration table, tenney chamber, and hot oil room.
  • •Troubleshoot and diagnose common failure modes when test failures occur.
  • •Inspect and diagnose PC boards to component level for failure analysis and recommend fixes where applicable.
  • •Work from work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to assemble electro-mechanical components; coordinate with Engineering and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
  • •Understanding of basic pressure theory and electronic theory, including Ohm’s law concepts.
  • •Ability to measure resistor components with a multimeter and diagnose issues when assemblies fail in-process or at final test.
  • •Capable of performing ATP product testing using Labview programming interface and test racks.
