Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business assumptions and hypotheses around line of business strategy, including P&L performance drivers across multiple functions.
  • •Assist with refining hypotheses and business questions to explore further with experienced analysts and subject matter experts.
  • •Develop analytical frameworks and blueprints to answer business questions across the business portfolio, product, or member experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Finance, Economics or a related field; or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •4 years of experience in data and/or analytics or strategy consulting; or an advanced degree with 2 years in data/analytics or strategy consulting.
  • •Experience identifying business needs and developing strategic plans using qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights.
  • •Experience performing data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, and Adobe Analytics, plus project management experience.
