Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, kitting, issuance, and tracking of servers, networking gear, power/cooling components, spare parts, and infrastructure materials.
  • •Manage daily shift backlogs and inventory-related queues, including receipts, RMA backlogs, and outgoing material requests to meet metric targets.
  • •Re-assign shift resources to prioritize critical data center hardware and materials; fulfill resource gaps when shifts are short-handed.
  • •Monitor inventory levels and consumables, drive reordering/replenishment, and conduct regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
  • •Interface with internal teams (Shipping, Receiving, Planning, Quality Control, Purchasing/Procurement) to resolve receipt and distribution issues; handle RMAs with inspection and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • •2+ years of experience working in materials management or inventory control.
  • •Experience with data entry and inventory tracking systems.
  • •Preferred: ERP/WMS experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and ability to operate a forklift and inventory-handling equipment.
