Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies, pain points, and AI/automation opportunities for legal workflows.
  • •Translate legal and compliance requirements into functional AI agents, automation, and technology solutions.
  • •Build and test AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio for use cases like contract intake, document Q&A, regulatory monitoring, clause extraction, and invoice review.
  • •Design and maintain workflows in Power Automate to automate routing, approvals, reminders, escalation logic, and data movement between legal systems and SharePoint.
  • •Develop prompts, run user testing, create documentation/playbooks, and maintain deployed agents and automations post-deployment while reporting adoption and early ROI indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience in legal operations, business analysis, process improvement, or legal technology support.
  • •Hands-on experience or demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and/or Copilot Studio.
  • •Familiarity with SharePoint as a data source, document library, and collaboration platform.
  • •Strong understanding of legal workflows such as contract lifecycle, compliance processes, and matter management.
