Key Responsibilities

  • •Set vision and long-term product strategy for vertical fraud or horizontal fraud platform teams.
  • •Prevent, detect, and mitigate fraud and abuse by building and leveraging AI systems for real-time risk management.
  • •Develop and execute a customer-focused roadmap in close collaboration with senior leadership, Operations, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and Engineering.
  • •Translate customer and internal needs into functional and technical requirements supported by data analysis.
  • •Establish instrumentation, monitoring, evaluation, success metrics, and executive reviews for fraud trends and P&L impact.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience owning complex, cross-functional products from strategy through execution in ambiguous problem spaces.
  • •Experience defining strategic vision and roadmap execution in a product area.
  • •Demonstrated experience shipping AI-enabled or automation-heavy products, with judgment on where models accelerate decisions versus where safeguards and human accountability must remain central.
  • •Experience with technology and topics such as fraud, privacy, security, data governance, trust & safety, risk (or strong interest).
  • •Ability to translate ambiguous policy, legal, or regulatory requirements into practical, scalable product solutions and engineering priorities.
