Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare annual/quarterly budgets and weekly/monthly forecasts, ensuring headcount and expense predictability and summarizing key variances.
  • •Develop and maintain frameworks for quarterly and annual budgets and drive consolidation of in-quarter outlook forecast.
  • •Leverage Power BI/Tableau/AI tools to create and maintain centralized, common reporting and analytical solutions.
  • •Collaborate with finance controllers/consolidators to drive fiscal deliverables, understand variance drivers, and challenge assumptions/methodologies.
  • •Conduct ad-hoc analysis and self-initiated projects to generate data-driven insights and support continual operational improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Positive attitude and comfort in a changing business environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience, preferably with a US-based company.
  • •Strong analytical and accounting skills, with the ability to communicate financial implications and provide recommendations.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; experience with Tableau and Anaplan preferred; familiarity with AI tools and willingness to master new tools/processes.
