Key Responsibilities

  • •Own platform product operations and launch readiness for B2B2C products, gating go-lives against regulatory and operational requirements while building operations to ship and scale.
  • •Drive cross-functional execution on roadmap milestones, compliance deliverables, and infrastructure work across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners.
  • •Run day-to-day operations for US regulated entities, including licensing maintenance, operational risk and incident management, outsourcing coordination, audit/examination readiness, and executive reporting.
  • •Lead operational work behind US licensing workstreams for state money transmitter and state lending licenses, turning requirements into governance processes, controls, documentation, and evidence.
  • •Act as operational counterpart to regulators and examiners, handling information requests, supervisory queries, incident notifications, and closing follow-up actions; represent operations in board/executive discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,000 - 192,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience with roots in strategy consulting and a proven track record of operational execution in-house.
  • •Operational execution experience inside a scaling fintech, bank, or crypto firm (e.g., special projects, chief of staff, operations strategy, operations lead).
  • •Experience running or supporting B2B/B2B2C businesses, ideally involving platform teams (shared infrastructure, APIs, partner models).
  • •Familiarity with the US regulated financial landscape and how supervision/examination works, translating regulation into business processes.
  • •Comfort setting up or working with compliance programs, including KYC/KYB onboarding, and running complex cross-functional programs without formal authority.
