Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage litigation matters across their full lifecycle, collaborating with Legal, outside counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders from assessment through resolution.
  • •Lead internal investigations involving legal risks, coordinating with the People team, Security organization, and other relevant functions.
  • •Coordinate responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, domestic relations orders, statutory requests for information, and inquiries from government and law enforcement agencies.
  • •Advise on litigation-related contractual provisions and business stakeholders on litigation risks and practical dispute-resolution approaches.
  • •Manage outside counsel relationships and lead process improvements for litigation operations, including litigation holds, matter tracking, reporting, and knowledge management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 234,000 - 307,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. from an accredited law school with active membership in at least one state bar and ability to practice in the jurisdiction for this position.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of legal experience with substantive in-house litigation management and law firm experience; people management experience is a plus.
  • •Proven experience managing complex litigation matters, including class action experience (plus).
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage outside counsel, control litigation budgets, and set case strategy.
  • •Experience conducting and coordinating internal investigations and managing responses to subpoenas and government/law enforcement inquiries.
