Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and coach the procurement team and create a structure for independent ownership.
  • •Serve as the main procurement contact for the SAP ERP rollout: capture requirements, design Purchase-to-Pay processes, support testing, data migration, and go-live.
  • •Optimize spare parts supply chain for stations, covering assortment, suppliers, warehousing, minimum stock, distribution logic, and maintenance/repair provisioning.
  • •Define and standardize procurement processes, policies, and approval workflows and transfer them into the new system.
  • •Own supplier selection and development, manage contracts and conditions, and conduct negotiations for key categories to deliver measurable savings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in strategic or operational procurement, including proven experience leading a team.
  • •Very good German and English skills.
  • •Practical SAP experience (e.g., MM/Ariba) or proven ERP implementation experience—ideally both.
  • •Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay) with the ability to standardize and digitize them.
  • •Experience building or operating a supply chain/spare parts supply (assortment, warehousing, inventory control, distribution) is a plus.
