Key Responsibilities

•Lead the team and provide oversight for project tasks, developing technical concepts and designs, and preparing reports, studies, plans, specifications, and estimates.
•Serve as a senior technical resource and lead for staff in your area of expertise, developing study and design procedures to facilitate high-quality work.
•Participate in interdisciplinary reviews of project deliverables and develop construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
•Perform QA/QC on design calculations and drawings; prepare technical specification sections; provide input to engineering budget and scheduling.
•Present design solutions to project teams, collaborate with other team members, and mentor/supervise junior team members.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and 8 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Valid U.S. Driver’s License to visit project sites; Motor Vehicle Records review
•Experience with site/civil design projects and building development projects (survey, design development, construction documents, construction administration)
•Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, ArcGIS, and Hydrologic/Hydraulic models
•Professional Engineer (PE) license in Civil Engineering (preferred)
