Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers daily, ensure a friendly shopping environment, and resolve client needs quickly to maintain satisfaction.
  • •In partnership with leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans for deficient areas.
