Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the bank-wide planning process end to end, including detailed revenue, expense, balance sheet, and ratio plans across bank, business, and performance units.
  • •Build and implement rolling forecasts for the bank and business units, including capital and balance sheet forecasting.
  • •Manage monthly performance reporting with integrity and usability, delivering insight, scenario analysis, and recommendations across revenue, expense, capital, ROE, regulatory, liquidity, and funding.
  • •Develop and maintain financial models for business initiatives, including net interest margin analysis with customer-level historical trends and simulation of margin impacts.
  • •Provide cost control and governance through expense monitoring, cost reporting, process efficiency recommendations, and support Board/investor packs with economic updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a reputed university.
  • •8+ years’ experience in financial services.
  • •Deep understanding of banking products, planning, profitability, performance analysis, MIS, and reporting.
  • •Expert knowledge of financial modelling and financial/management accounting.
  • •3+ years’ experience working in accounting public practice.
