Job Summary

Lead day-to-day digital asset management (DAM) operations for a client, training teams and ensuring assets are ingested accurately and on time. Oversee a team of Brand Asset Managers in London, troubleshoot DAM issues, and coordinate reporting and process improvements across hubs. Drive workflow unification, automation, and metadata improvements while managing communications of risks, wins, and opportunities against SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead day-to-day London DAM operations, including training, shared inbox management, content ingestion, and documentation.
•Oversee timely delivery of assets into the client’s DAM system and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality expectations.
•Troubleshoot and resolve DAM issues across technical errors and user-facing problems within the DAM ecosystem.
•Drive process improvements including workflow unification across hubs, automation ideas, and metadata improvements aligned to business needs.
•Manage communication and reporting up and across teams, partnering with the Global Operations Manager and Project Lead against SLAs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Digital Asset Management (DAM) experience.
•Minimum 4 years’ experience in a client-facing agency or consulting role, or equivalent education and experience.
•Proven team leading experience managing people and day-to-day deliverables.
•Acute attention to detail and strong organizational accuracy for asset ingestion and metadata.
•Strong communication skills to lead discussions with clients, colleagues, and leadership.
