•Operate, monitor, and maintain ICT services across complex environments to ensure system availability.
•Diagnose and resolve complex incidents, including escalations and fallback procedures as needed.
•Execute and validate recovery, restart, and restore processes; monitor performance and optimize workloads.
•Enforce information security standards and manage data backup processes; document systems and processes.
•Drive IT infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, expansions) and provide 2nd/3rd line support to users and development teams.

Key Requirements

•A completed qualification in IT system engineering or platform development with at least 2 years of experience in complex IT environments.
•Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, and IDS management.
•Ability to adapt to changing assignments and operational demands, work independently, and communicate effectively in German and English.
•Customer-focused, proactive mindset with strong execution skills and good teamwork abilities.
•Willingness to support users and development teams and to deliver 2nd/3rd line support.
