  • •3–5 years of HVAC systems operation and maintenance experience; semiconductor/advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Familiarity with chilled water systems, AHUs, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC control systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies; basic English communication preferred.
