Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end operational workflow for Field Engineering, including resourcing, readiness, execution, closeout, and maintaining the field engagement tracker.
  • •Manage field hardware operational readiness, coordinating imaging, configuration, software versioning, testing, and shipping for deployments and demos.
  • •Create and maintain asset-management operations, tracking inventory, custody, location, status, and lifecycle for field gear.
  • •Own field knowledge management by maintaining SOPs, checklists, templates, and AARs, ensuring lessons learned are captured and reusable.
  • •Lead field enablement by defining onboarding pathways and readiness requirements, running enablement sessions and assessments, and coordinating field communications/SITREPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4+ years of experience in Field Operations, Technical Enablement, Customer Success, or Systems Engineering, focused on building and scaling operational systems.
  • •2+ years of experience leading or managing teams, transitioning from an IC builder to a team lead.
  • •Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation, data routing, and operational tooling.
  • •Working understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and operational reliability.
