Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the VPGM’s day-to-day calendar, meeting schedules, appointments, and logistics with high accuracy.
  • •Coordinate complex schedules and competing priorities across ASEAN & East Asia, ensuring preparation and timely follow-up.
  • •Serve as the focal person for Singapore engagement committees and coordinate committee cadence, communications, and follow-through.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, leadership events, town halls, recognition programs, and site-level communications.
  • •Prepare and distribute executive communications and meeting materials (agendas, minutes, action trackers) and handle confidential information discreetly.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in executive administration, business support, office management, employee engagement coordination, or related roles.
  • •Proven experience supporting senior executives in a regional or multinational business environment.
  • •Strong experience managing complex calendars, business travel, leadership meetings, employee events, and senior stakeholder coordination.
  • •Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare clear, professional materials for senior leadership and employee audiences.
