  • •Oversee servicing activities such as income collection, negotiating sales, and compliance risk management.
  • •Perform administrative responsibilities for managing a portfolio of residential, residential rental, multiple-tenant, and commercial income-producing properties.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of trust, bank, or real estate management experience.
  • •2+ years of experience in the sale of real estate or in a property management role (preferred).
  • •Strong knowledge of real estate laws related to title and transfer.
