•Deliver cross-team and cross-tribal technical initiatives as a hands-on engineer (not a management role).
•Take ownership of frontend architecture for a tribe, including making architectural and design decisions to avoid technical issues.
•Improve stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems.
•Ensure timely delivery of team projects with tangible impact on Fresha’s success.
•Collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and QA to set clear goals and regularly deliver value to users.

•Break down complex problems quickly into knowns/unknowns to arrive at solid resolutions faster.
•Demonstrate strong debugging skills for hard-to-solve issues encountered by the team.
•Play a key role in developing multi-year technology strategy across critical areas spanning multiple systems and teams.
•Proven frontend experience writing complex JavaScript SPAs with React + Redux, plus a modern JS toolchain (e.g., NPM, Lerna, Webpack, ESLint).
