Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare client-level benefit statements, alternative annual reports, pre-renewals, and trustee annual reports.
  • •Ensure renewal documentation is delivered on schedule and compliant with regulation.
  • •Record, handle, and manage queries related to annual processing tasks efficiently and timely.
  • •Support a high-performing team by delivering consistently high-quality output and contributing to daily customer focus.
