Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary architect and SME for Metabase (our primary BI tool), developing and maintaining complex dashboards to track KPIs.
•Analyze and interpret specialized healthcare data, with a heavy focus on clinical and financial healthcare reporting (e.g., claims data, denial rates, therapist utilization, and clinical outcomes).
•Perform rigorous data validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all internal and external reporting.
•Partner directly with multiple departments to create recurring dashboards that track company-wide progress toward strategic initiatives and financial KPIs.
•Centralize data from multiple sources (CRM, HelpDesk, Task Management, Pendo) to build comprehensive performance dashboards for Customer Success and other service leadership teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
•3–5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Solutions Analyst within the healthcare software or services industry.
•Deep fluency in the healthcare industry, specifically around Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), outpatient rehabilitation, and healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA).
•Expert-level proficiency in data visualization and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
•Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, reporting, and data manipulation.
