Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Mentor and hold direct reports accountable, including succession planning, coaching, and performance management.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train supervisory staff and ensure progression-path training and certification.
  • •Lead reconditioning team guidance to meet performance metrics and drive continuous improvement while ensuring health/safety and loss prevention compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •5 years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates, including performance management and training.
  • •Ability to obtain project deliverables and meet company metrics.
  • •Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and maintain a valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record.
