Reconditioning Manager - Bessemer

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana vehicle inspection/reconditioning center, overseeing reconditioning work carried out by leads and up to 70 front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment. Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving efforts while ensuring quality, production, and cost objectives are met. Coach and develop direct reports through recruiting, training, performance management, and progression-path certification, while enforcing operating standards, safety, and loss-prevention guidelines.
