Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end revenue recognition process in accordance with IFRS 15 and internal policy, acting as an independent advisor to the business.
  • •Oversee accounts receivable operations to ensure timely, accurate invoicing and collections.
  • •Analyze and reconcile key revenue accounts monthly; communicate KPIs and financial results to senior stakeholders.
  • •Drive timely month-end close procedures, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations for billing and revenue accounts.
  • •Mentor and develop the AR and collections team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA designation with 1-2 years post-qualification experience.
  • •Strong expertise in GAAP and IFRS, with deep knowledge of IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers.
  • •Proficient in Excel and analytical problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • •Experience leading accounting or finance teams.
  • •Experience with Certinia is an asset.
